Parking: Narrow road with parking off the side. One small area just past the PCT junction where you could turn a small rig (2H BP + shortbed truck) IF there was no one else parked there. Road continues past this area and appears to narrow. Highly recommend using Whistle Punk Trailhead for PCT access with great parking – one mile north of this trailhead.

Directions: From Carson, WA travel north for approximately 9 miles on Wind River Highway (Forest Road 30). Turn left onto Hemlock Road and go 1 1/4 miles to Forest Service Road 43 (just past the Wind River Work Center). Turn right on Forest Road 43 and go approximately 1 mile to trailhead.
Road Conditions: Well-maintained gravel.
