Glaze Meadow provides an easy ride for any level of rider out of Graham Corral Horse Camp. On a clear day, enjoy pristine mountain views from across the meadow and capture that perfect “between the ears” shot. Continue past Glaze Meadow to Goblers Knob or Black Butte if desired.

- Elevation Gain: 26 feet
- Elevation Loss: 22 feet
- Max Elevation: 3,329 feet
- Difficulty: Easy
- Footing: Single track dirt.
- Hoof Protection: Barefoot OK.

Facilities: Graham Corral Horse Camp
Water Sources: None along trail unless you continue North on the Metolius-Windigo trail. Graham Corral had a 500 gallon tank summer of 2025 but unsure if it will return for 2026 season.
Trail Info: Take the Metolius-Windigo trail (Northbound) out of the south end of camp for 1.6 miles until you reach the meadow. You may continue on to the north end of the meadow for a different view, or to Indian Ford Creek to water if needed.
Trail Challenges: Mountain bikes allowed but I’ve never seen any on this stretch.
Permits: None.
Backcountry Sites: Not suitable for overnight use.
Cell Service: Verizon – good coverage.
Fuel: Chevon – 1001 Railway, Sisters, OR 97759 (not great for really large trailers)

Directions: From Sisters, OR: Travel 4.2 miles west on Highway 242 (McKenzie Pass Highway), then 2.0 miles north on Forest Road 1012, and then 0.8 miles northwest on Forest Road 1012 300.
