Todd Creek Horse Camp located in Central Oregon along the Cascade Lakes Scenic Highway offers direct access to some of the most wanted riding in all of Oregon. With the heart of the Three Sisters Wilderness just across the road, this one should be on everyones list at least once. Bonus: this one is big LQ friendly with a huge main parking area.

Camp Overview

Campsites: 7 sites
Fees: $5 per vehicle per night or free an annual recreation pass. NW Forest Pass or Interagency Passes are accepted. Fees not accepted on site. Single day passes may be purchased at Green Lakes Trailhead or Todd Lake Day Use parking lot.
Permits: Central Cascades Wilderness permit required for most rides.
Popularity: Low camp use, but trailhead permits are popular among hikers and competitive to secure.
Elevation: 6060 feet
Season: Late July to Late September
Cell Service: Yes – Verizon.

Directions: From Bend, OR: Travel 24 miles west on Cascade Lakes Highway (46), then 0.6 miles south on Forest Road 4600-390.

Stock Water: Hand pump/stock tank no longer working. Creek in camp has easy access.
Potable Water: No.

Bathroom: Yes – vault toilet.
Day Use Parking: Yes – huge parking lot, OK for large rigs.
